Profile Page Comment on Gingly

Hi,

Please clarify the differences of all pages created for user profile..



1.  http://www.gingly.com/welcome.php


Not Sure why this page is coming after login instead of profile.php and even no access to back after navigate to other pages. Any Concept is be there? What trying to say on this page?


2.  http://www.gingly.com/profile.php


Felt little bit comfortable on this page after login?  not able to find better feel on welcome.php is come after login. so, under what concept  the welcome.php is developed.

Please clarify, bcz am not getting better idea of using that page.


3. http://www.gingly.com/userprofile.php


What's the use of this page? Not getting better summary.

Hey kalyan,

GinGly is still on beta, everyday we were trying to understand users interaction and moments throughout the portal.

Profile Page - Will always been a Dashboard page, were users could see some widgets like items.

User Profile - User's Detailed summary with complete groups and signature details.

Welcome page - Will be used only for the peoples, who register / login for the first time. Just to inform them, we have got so many things to explore in GinGly. Once a new user crosses the welcome page, he/she could not come back to the welcome page and the default page will be profile page for them ever.

Note :
Hope you would have felt some inconvenience during this testing process. Usually we do testing activity everyday by around 1AM midnight till 5 AM in the morning.

Once GinGly crosses Beta,  we will be using a test / developer platform to test our activities.
