Job Description

To provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure efficient in-flight Service effectively and at optimum level in order to achieve a superior service to our airline customers of GMG Airlines in compliance with all regulatory requirements. The scope also include providing the required resources and enabling a good working environment to ensure that the corporate policy for safety, security and quality are documented activated and deployed as per the requirements of Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh and aviation standards
Desired Candidate Profile

Possess a deep understanding of the airline industry and a comprehensive knowledge of the in-flight & customer services and regulatory compliance. Be service oriented and commercially focused; Must be able to transform a rudimentary cabin services department into a fully fledged service oriented unit capable of serving a multi-type fleet; Must display a proven leadership record with a demonstrated ability to envision, engage and inspire the team to deliver organizational objectives.
