Application forms being issued

SALEM: The issue of application forms for the B.Sc. Nursing, B.Pharm., BPT and BOT courses began at the Salem Government Medical College on July 13.

The forms will be issued till 27, according to a press release that was issued here recently.
Single form

Students can apply for all the four courses using a single application form for the purpose.

The cost of application form for students belonging to general, backward class, most backward class and denotified communities is Rs. 350.

For those coming under special category (ex-servicemen and physically handicapped) the cost of the application form will be Rs. 100, according to the release.

The application cost should be paid in the form of a demand draft.
Free

The forms will be issued free of cost to students belonging to scheduled caste / scheduled tribe, if they submit two attested photocopies of the community certificate and Plus Two mark sheet, the release adds.

The forms will be issued till July 27.
