Sahyadri College- IIIT-A tie-up

MANGALORE: Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management, a unit of Bhandary Foundation, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Information Technology-Allahabad (IIIT-A), here on Monday.

The academic tie-up between the two institutes will enable the 10 students and five faculty members of the college to carry out mini-projects at IIIT-A during summer and winter.

Benefits
These students later will be entitled to participate in the placement pool of IIIT-A and could also pursue higher studies there, said M.D. Tiwari, Director of IIIT-A, addressing presspersons after signing the MoU.

The national and international seminars funded by IIIT-A will be organised at the college in Mangalore.
