Job Description :
PURPOSE
To ensure that new customer acquisitions, revenue target & collection efficiency is achieved for the sales Zone assigned

This is fully sales job (Only Males are Preferred for this Job)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Sales
• Meets sales targets
– Maintain active sales pipeline
– Acquires new customers
– Encourages credit worthy old customers to renew loans

• Handles all customers of assigned sales Zone
• CPV & TRC
• Relationship building with customers as well as with customers in the assigned area of operations Collections
• Monitors and collects payment of loans
– Monitor own portfolio
– Collects regular payments from his loan customers
– Maintains collection efficiency at targeted level

Others
• Helps unit manager establish FICL brand through local marketing

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI):
• Sales volume
• Payment collection (< 30 DPD)
• Quality of portfolio (NCL & Non-Starters)

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification 12th Std. or equivalent

Professional Experience:
• Freshers will be considered.
• Good Communication Skills & Convincing Ability
• Knowledge of Local Languages will be added advantage.
