Training for Tamil teachers

COIMBATORE: A two-day training programme for Tamil teachers will be held at PSG College of Arts and Science on March 30 and 31.

According to a college release, the training will be organised jointly with the National Testing Service (NTS), Mysore. Teachers from colleges, universities in Coimbatore, the Nilgiris, Erode and neighbouring districts can attend.

Experts from Chennai, Madurai and Coimbatore will train the teachers. The training is to co-ordinate colleges for opening a Regional Field Unit. The Unit will take into account nearly 75 institutions of higher education.
