HP unveils a range of printers

NEW DELHI: HP unveiled a comprehensive suite of printing solutions and programmes, including a series of printers, to help companies address increasing budgetary pressures.

The new suite of printing solutions and programmes enabled companies, particularly small and medium businesses, (SMBs) to immediately drive down printing costs and reduce energy use, while leveraging print management tools to further reduce costs, and renew their printer fleet, said HP India President (Imaging and Printing Group) Ravi Aggarwal while unveiling the new products here.

"The new solutions will help companies reduce their printing costs by as much as half. For instance, the new HP Officejet Pro series delivers up to 50 per cent cost-per-page (CPP) and energy savings compared to laser printers, while the new printers can improve business productivity for a lower price than a colour laser. Similarly, the instant-on technology in HP LaserJet devices provides up to 50 per cent energy use over traditional products," said Mr. Aggarwal.

"HP Financial Services will offer wide range of leasing and financing options to help businesses benefit from technology refresh options, while HP Officejet Pro Seeding Programme allows customers to reduce their capital expenditure through zero upfront hardware costs," he said.
