Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Age: Below 30.

Education: Any Graduation / Post Graduation / Engineering / Diploma

Salary: Good in industry.

Primary Skills:
• Networking Skills (Any Certification in Networking is an added advantage)
• Strong English Communication Skill – Neutral Accent needed.
• Willing to work in Night shifts (Mandatory)

Job Description:
• Troubleshooting networking products to US Customer
• Providing Quality customer Support
• Answer Customer queries
• Updating customer on the latest information about the product
