Tell me about yourself ?

Start with , present & tell why you are well qualified for , position. Remember that , key to all successful interviewing is to match your qualifications to what , interviewer is looking for. In other words you must sell what , buyer is buying. This is , single most important strategy in job hunting.
Do all , homework you can before , H.R interview to uncover this person's wants & needs

What are your greatest strengths ?

You know that your key strategy is to first uncover your interviewer's greatest wants & needs before you answer questions.

What are your greatest weaknesses ?

Disguise a strength as a weakness.

Assure , interviewer that you can think of nothing that would stand in , way of your performing in this position with excellence.

As with faults & weaknesses, never confess a regret.
