Person with 10+ years relevant experience over a broad base of technologies. Cisco LAN/WAN and security experience is a MUST. Candidates with multi domain knowledge leading to the development of Intranet will be preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. The position requires interaction with international clients. Hands on experience in IT infrastructure management, implementing ISO 27001, designing LAN/WAN, configuring/trouble shooting Routers, Switches and DSL, Good team handling skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will lead, manage, document, monitor & maintain complete IT Infrastructure and development in accordance with ISO 27001 standards.

You will be responsible for documentation & implementation of SOP, IT Security, and oversee of procedures. You will lead the IT team in technology migration and create, track, report and manage complete IT Infrastructure to SLA's.
You will plan and manage vendor strategy, information & network security and connectivity to client data center.
You will create a BCP/DR plan. You will facilitate the availability of real time information to the key stakeholders so that they can take effective decisions.

You will be responsible for the development of the ERP/Intranet on a multi-domain level.
Troubleshooting on various server problems as services and web application, working on access list, strengthening of the router and switches. Creating gateways and policy packages for various services.
Responsible for resource planning, management and allocation. Coordination with various internal departments and vendors for timely work and resolution.
