ERODE: Persons with the qualification of electrician, wireman, machinist, carpenter, fitter, turner, welder from an industrial training institute or polytechnic college, data entry operator with a degree in computer with a certificate in Tally, salesman or representative with a higher secondary pass and driver with heavy vehicle driving licence and those wanting to recruit persons with the aforementioned qualifications may do so by walking into the District Employment Office.

A release from the District Employment Officer says as part of the initiative to facilitate employment, the office will hold interview session on January 9 on its premises.

On the occasion, industrialists and job-seekers can meet and benefit, the release says and adds that for the candidates, securing employment in private companies will not prejudice their registration with the office.
