Hence he is maintaining the Jobs Board himself for long since thats an most important board in our Community. 

We will go as per his information. Logically he is going to check your post count and time spend on jobs board.

Thanks for the start up.

The Quantity of post is never determined the real quality of post.

So, try to give some more actions in the board what you have requested..

Make you participation more on Freshers Board..which am not saying you to post more on that board

instead of that if you make 10 posts in freshers jobs invite your known to unknown friends to our board to check out the jobs

and give some guidance to their attend the interview.. and inform them to put a reference as IT Acumens.

In this you make others to help and get an talk with company people to improve your performance.

Lots to do on that board..Will see you forth performance to work on further.
