GUDUR (Nellore dist.): The global financial crisis and the change in market trends is just a passing phenomenon and it will have no impact on management professionals. Ours is a developing country and in future, management graduates will have more job opportunities, opined young upcoming professionals.

Hundreds of young management professionals who met at the national-level management seminar on 'Corporate Brains 2k8 – Emerging Trends in Management', organised by Audisankara College of Engineering and Technology, discussed the present global recession and the ups and downs of the market with the business heads of various companies. Participants from colleges located at Bangalore, Chennai and various districts of AP presented papers on different marketing technologies. IBM chief architect G. Srinivasand other professionals gave tips to the budding management professionals . A second year MBA student of Narayana Engineering College, Nellore, Vasila Aman said, the global financial crisis will have no impact on MBA placements in India. "Now we are in a good position as many software companies were set up in Bangalore, Hyderabad and other cities in India. Though there are market fluctuations, talented professionals will always have a future," says Aditya Kumar Sagar, a MBA second year student of Bharat University, Chennai.

An MBA (HR) student of Xyme Management of Institute Studies, Bangalore, K. Ramesh said, the students are having good demand in the market.

Every organisation is looking for a person having good managerial skills. Such seminars will help students in enriching their knowledge.
