Tatkal scheme for students

Hyderabad: The Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) announced a "Tatkal Scheme" for students, who failed to pay their examination fee on time to appear for public exams in March 2009. The scheme would be open from November 24 to December 15.  All first and second year regular and private candidates can also avail the tatkal scheme.

The BIE secretary, Mr G Balaramaiah, said students seeking the Tatkal facility will have to pay Rs 500 in addition to the examination fee of Rs 200 for first year or second year.
