Regional school of drama for Jammu

Jammu: The capital-based National School of Drama is setting up a regional drama school here soon, Jammu and Kashmir Culture Commissioner N.K. Verma said here on Tuesday.

National School of Drama, New Delhi is going to open this regional school in Jammu in the next few months which will help in the growth of performing arts in the State, Mr. Verma said after opening a week-long exhibition of 50 rare miniature paintings at the Kala Kendra.

Mr. Verma added that the State government was planning to build at least one museum in each district of the State.
