Britney Spears' 'Womanizer' leaked on to YouTube

Pop Diva Britney Spears' unfinished version of the new single, 'Womanizer', which was to be part of her come back album 'Circus' has been leaked on to the Internet.

The record company bosses had been desperate to keep the single secret until the big re-launch of the album. But somehow the number finds its way into the YouTube and it was discovered by an LA's Nashville radio station.

Once the station played a 40 second clip of the song, has naturally led hundreds of thousands of fans to the YouTube and 'Womanizer' is now an open secret.

While the video clipping is available on many sites, some smart one have even given a transcription of the same: oh womanizer oh......

A few days back a new website called BritneySpearsCircusLeak had claimed to have a leaked version of single 'Candy from Strangers', from Circus. But the claim was later proved to be a fake.

The record company are now reportedly on a 'manhunt' to trace the insider who made the 'Womanizer' public. Security measures have been installed at the studio to protect the rest of the material, say reports.

Britney to feature in election campaign ads

Washington (ANI): People in Los Angeles may soon see Britney Spears featuring in election campaign ads, for a candidate in the race for city district attorney is commissioning a poll to determine whether his opponent's failed attempt to prosecute the pop diva on a traffic misdemeanour can win him votes. L.A. city council member Jack Weiss' campaign is asking registered voters to weigh in on Deputy City Attorney Michael Amerian's case against Spears for her 2007 hit-and-run case, as part of the poll.

He is said to be trying to create an election issue out of the unsuccessful driving-without-a-license prosecution, ABCNews.com reports. "Amerian prosecuted singer Britney Spears for driving with an out-of-state driver's license. Normally, people get a ticket for this but Amerian tried to give Spears a criminal record," Fox News quoted pollsters as telling voters.

According to reports, Weiss' workers also remind voters that the judge dismissed the case, and Amerian was lambasted for 'using Spears to draw attention to his political campaign'.

The hitting of a parked car by Spears, and her leaving the scene, was captured in paparazzi photos in August 2007. Even though the singer settled the hit-and-run case, Amerian filed criminal charges against her. He argued that the pop star lived in Los Angeles, but failed to get her California driver's license updated.

Britney caught 'red-handed' stealing Madonna's wardrobe! 

Pop star Britney Spears is copying her idol pop superstar Madonna's fashion sense.

According to thesun.co.uk, Spears has become more blatant recently in her imitation. Spears made her comeback at an awards show last month in Germany where she wore sexy circus-style outfits. Fans realised that Madonna is wearing something similar for her Sticky & Sweet tour. Spears is even wearing fishnets, just like Madonna.

The two singers had collaborated in the past and Spears considers Madonna a role model.
