Job Description

- Essentially to deliver support to end users in the organization about how to use various types of software programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives.
- This includes troubleshooting applications and software for all internal customers, such as operations, development, and other business units.

Responsibilities:
- Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance with the organization's computer systems, applications, or PC's over the phone, email and instant messaging platform
- Identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice to assist users
- Coordinates with other IS areas to resolve problems if necessary
- Be the Applications expert to support several applications to several Groups of Users
-Assist the Support Manager in improving the process of providing Users-care support.

Pre-requisites:

- Able to converse comfortably in English and Mandarin

- Fresh Graduates with good networking knowledge are also welcome to apply

Mandatory Skills:

- Min Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with at least 1 year experience in IT Call Center/Helpdesk or Applications Support Specialist
- Good analytical skills in solving PC application problems
- Basic/Intermediate working knowledge, networking on Windows platform, Web/Shell programming and Firewall experience will be advantageous
- Fresh Graduates with good networking knowledge are also welcome to apply
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications
