Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Pilot and Feasibility award is given to the scientists who are working to the hilt passionately to conduct painstaking research related to cystic thrombosis. The scientist should possess the intrinsic desire to make a difference to the world by their pioneering and assiduous endeavor in obliterating a menace named as cystic thrombosis. The postdoctoral program provides financial assistance to the scientists for a noble cause and it is fighting against the dreaded malady called Cystic Fibrosis.
The research work by the diligent scientists will unveil the causes of the disease and design the remedy of the disease providing relief to the patients who are suffering from the lethal disease and in turn will usher a future, which is free from the shackles of Cystic Thrombosis. The laudable mission will definitely be accomplished in the future due to the dual efforts of the scientists and the fellowship program.

Eligibility for obtaining the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Pilot and Feasibility award:

The candidates need to be pursuing MD or PhD in the preliminary or advanced level in order to be eligible for the award. The program is open to all the candidates throughout the world irrespective of whether the candidate is an American applicant or not.

Stipends awarded by Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Pilot and Feasibility award :

The candidate receives $40000 in the 1st year and 2nd year and the amounts are disbursed on a yearly basis.
The candidates also receive an indirect allowance of 8%.

Stipends for the institutions:

The amount of $3200 is disbursed annually for the first 2 years with an additional 8% indirect cost.
