Job Description :

Should have excellent communication skills

- Involves handling inbound Calls and resolving customer queries. Involves updating customers on latest information on a product or service.
- Should be comfortable work in all Shifts.
- Patient and should have ability to handle any kind of customer queries.
- Job primarily involves interacting with UK Customers (Night Shift)

Education Qualification:Minimum of 12 years of completed education. Any Graduate /Persuing Graduation / Diploma.
Candidates with relevant experience in a voice based International or domestic Call centre will be at an advantage.
Involves working in all shifts.
Ability to multi-task and comfortable working on computers
General awareness and fundamental mathematical abilities

NOTE: Position open only for candidates willing to work in Chennai.
