When it comes to looking after my mental health, I've found a mix of strategies that really work for me. I make sure to engage in activities I enjoy, like reading and hiking, and I've started incorporating meditation into my routine too. Staying connected with friends and family through regular meetings has been a game changer. But you know what? We all have our tough moments, and recently I noticed some signs of borderline personality disorder in myself. Instead of trying to handle it all on my own, I decided to reach out to specialists for help. I've been undergoing some targeted therapy, and I'm really starting to see improvements.
