Good morning, this is not directly related to air travel, but to travel in general. I am looking for travel insurance that can be purchased after the start of the trip. I usually use the services of World Nomads, but their policy now that we are based outside Colombia is 3 times more expensive than other insurers (and three times more expensive if we were based in Australia). I really like them, as we have had successful applications in the past, but the cost is 3 times higher.

I have narrowed down the range of service providers, and I am interested in the experience of people working with them (I have read all their rules).

Tokio Marine HCC, Atlas Travel. The policy is apparently excellent and gets a good grade on insuremytrip.com nevertheless, some terrible ratings, which, given the name of the site, are quite understandable, but here we are looking for first-hand information

A journey through the connections at the seven corners. This policy gets good reviews on insuremytrip.com it's even for the best.

Caring. In fact, I couldn't find much information about this company.

All three had responsive employees responding to email requests, however, the real problem arises when applying.

Thanks for any help.

Condiment

From my experience, travel insurance usually depends on the place you are visiting. If you are going to some unpopular destinations, you shouldn't save money on travel insurance.

It's not always my go-to, but this time I'm embarking on a solo adventure, and let's face it, anything can happen out there, right? So, I figured better safe than sorry!I'm considering Tokio Marine HCC, Atlas Travel, and A Journey through the connections at the seven corners. Do any of your fellow travelers have first-hand experience with these insurers? Now, I've been exploring options and came across this site at https://tiendasagicor.com/. They've got some seriously sweet spots that have me daydreaming about my next escapade! Can't wait to book a stay and immerse myself in the local vibes!
