JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Will be responsible for Windows/Linux systems engineering, administration, operations, and support for all Cloud based Server and services.
Coordinate and perform server and peripheral installs, adds, moves, and changes in accordance with user timing and needs and to minimize impact on users resulting from maintenance activities.
Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Teams, Skype, OneNote, Outlook, etc.,
Maintain and provide support for all IT infrastructure
Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support and troubleshooting
Respond to customer support requests via both the ticket and phone systems within our SLA commitments.
You will be responsible for continuous measurement and high availability of the Production environments
Improve service availability and performance by continuously fine tuning the systems, applying patches/updates, executing and monitoring maintenance jobs
Design and automate platform checks to engage with Engineering before customers escalates on system issues.
Must have strong troubleshooting/debugging skills and a passion for problem solving and investigation
The successful engineer has a wealth of experience and a proven track record in delivering the full lifecycle from technical requirements capture, high level architecture, design, documentation, build and handover into operations.
Follow Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Access Management processes based on ITIL and our IT-service management tool

JOB SKILLS

Strong understanding of the Microsoft Azure platform & Office365.
Infrastructure Architecture designing High availability, scalable, performant and secure solutions.
Keep our infrastructure up and running smoothly
Build and maintain a highly fault tolerant infrastructure on Cloud
They also need analytical skills to prioritize relevant points of consideration and determine the best course of action.
Excellent time management, particularly the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
Innovative problem solver that exhibits a positive, energetic attitude.
Knowledge of Power Shell scripting is added advantage
Microsoft Certification in Azure or Office365 is a Plus
