Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer (AWS/Azure) -L1 / L2 Support

Location: 100% Remote (anywhere in India)

We work closely with our clients to develop a personalized cloud roadmap that ensures a smooth, secure, and efficient transition into the most efficient and optimized Cloud architecture. Our mission is to add value to organizations and empower their growth.

We are seeking skilled Level 1 and Level 2 Cloud Support Engineer (AWS or Azure) to proactive monitor, support and maintain the complex cloud infrastructure. You will introduce continuous improvements and enhancements to both the solution and the processes.

Requirements:

· Strong Cloud experience skills (AWS or Azure)

· Good understanding of Windows and Linux Server

· Experience of Active Directory

· Working experience of CloudOps and DevOps activities.

· PowerShell scripting experience

· Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts and oncall schedule

· AWS/ AZURE certification is preferred.

· Desirable: Cloudformation, Teraform, networking experience
