It's a nice medical job that doesn't require much biology knowledge, and it's also less risky than being a surgeon or nurse. The salary is not bad, especially if you work in a private clinic. I used to get more than $50K while living in the US.
But now, when I moved to India, it turned out there were much fewer positions for people like me available.
