Job Description

To understand and analyze the medical record documents and ability to review/summarize.
Review medical information from all the physician statements, all medical reports, handwritten and more.
To ability to understand and deliver the reports as per client requirement of Quality, TAT, format.
Computer, Internet facility required.
Candidate Profile

6 months to 2+ years on experience as a medical records reviewer/chronology/summary.
Capacity to read the handwritten decodes.
Good analytical and comprehension skills
Flexible to support the needs.
Strong in medical terminologies.
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Any UG/PG Life Science Graduates, paramedical candidate/ BPT/BDS or BSc Nursing.
Good typing skill minimum of 35/WPM.
