JOB DESCRIPTION :

Micro Management of the call centers in His/Her zone:

Checking AM-Telesales understanding on the key productivity parameters
Ensuring Call Quality through close supervision on the training of TMEs, AM-Telesales.
Ensuring that all the quality reports like call barge-in/ Mock call audit , CRM audit & knowledge audit are maintained at the call center level.
Ensuring the call centers are NDNCR compliant & they follow all the instructions as per the requirement
Target versus achievement- Met to generated for the zone.

MIS/Reporting:

MyLead Implementation in all the call centers.
Ensuring that all the AM Telesales are equipped with the complete information on myLead.
Timely reporting of all Zonal CDRs, Conversion & Aging MIS through myLead/Manual as per the TAT
Documenting & Maintaining all the weekly/monthly reviews with office heads
Identification of the database vendors/Call centers:
Responsible for finding out database sources in the respective zone & checking the authencity of the databases with NDNCR.
Evaluating the pricing of the databases available.
Evaluation of the various calls centers in the zone & reporting the same.
Maintaining the Man months:
Coordinating with all the call centers & ensuring that all of the call centers are equipped with complete manpower at any given point of time
Ensuring that recruitment/replacement TATs are maintained in all the call centers in the zone.
Training & development of the teams in call center:
Designing the complete training calendar of all the call centers & then reporting the post training performance.
Checking the training success through testing & role play- Documented.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Should have at least 4 years of experience in managing call center / Telesales process. In this total experience it is very important that he/she should have managed a live telesales project with atleast 6 TLs reporting to him.

Should be Graduate/post graduate with Commerce background
Pref. from Insurance or Banking telesales back ground or should be managing a Insurance process at any of the domestic call centers.
Must be working with some call center or Insurance/Banking company at Asst. Manager level

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
Familiarity with all the telesales terminology like productivity standards, quality parameters
Should have a good understanding of the local call center market like which all call centers are there, operating with which all clients.
Should have good knowledge about the various database sources in that respective zone.
Leadership ability
Team Management
Good possess Analytical skills like data analysis, productivity analysis etc.
Positive Attitude
Should have a very good understanding of MS Office.
Should be ready to travel.
