Expanding cells with text, html help

                 This may or may not be able to be done with the way my code is currently set up. The Body where my text could get lengthy expands length wise. however, my "table" in side the <td> next to it expands but not as i would like it to. I have some 6 <tr> then a 7th set to 100% which i thought would grow as the page grew. However each cell individually grows proportionately in IE and firefox adds the space proportionately to the top and bottom. any help would be appreciated.
