The purpose of Group Disscusion (GD) is to evaluate the candidate's:

1. Appearance

2. Poise

3. Communication skills

4. Organising capacity

5. Presenting ideas

6. Role play(behavior)

7. Intellect

8. Emotional ability

9. Encouraging others

10. Compromising qualities

11. Leadership qualities

12. Self confidence etc.,

AVOID the following NEGATIVE QUALITIES DURING GD:

1. Dominating the proceedings

2. Disagreeing others vies beyond reason

3. Being irrelevant or out of context

4. Loosing temper

5. Ignorance about the subject

6. Loosing temper

7. being impatient

8. Lack of leadership quality

9. Being un professional

10. Non participation

11. Contempt

During GD patiently listen others view
