Esoteric-2010 conducted at TJPS College

GUNTUR: Dreaming big and caring to achieve it should be the guiding principle of student life, Superintendent of Police Shankha Brata Bagchi told management students from all over Andhra Pradesh, who participated in a day-long 'Management meet Esoteric-2010' on the TJPS College premises on Sunday.
A medical doctor-turned management expert, Dr. Bagchi prescribed three essential elements of success that would help them achieve the dream -- Acquiring Core Technical Competence, making untiring efforts, and developing the ability to manage in changing circumstances.
Honing the soft skills were a part and parcel of management students to make a mark in the industry, he observed.
The inaugural of the event which attracted students from 50 colleges, was presided over by college vice-president MVRK Mutyalu, a noted industrialist. Contribution to society and nation at large counts much more than what the students had achieved for themselves, Mr. Mutyalu told participants and wanted to develop a good character for themselves while learning the basics of their domain. College Principal C. Anil Kumar highlighted the importance of Esoteric for management students, which was being organised regularly on the campus.
In the Seinor event Sushma and Lavanya of Montessori Mahila College won the top honours.
