All for Money - Official Words

Recently few of our staff's quit from office.

One say i could not fullfill the requirements you have  and one said For Money being Delayed so he quits. 

Is that all because of Money ?

Answer is yes. 

After their graduation, parents could wait for few years only. 

Later everyone have to be a money making machine. 

They have to earn, simultaneous parents have to slow down their work, or they have to work hard. 

--- No more discussion on it --- I have to settle him in days to come to whom had resigned.

--- What i have learnt from it ----

Planning to Hike the salaries to current people.
Split the Salary from those who had left our offices.
Pay them on right time, whatever the hell it takes ( Even my mom's Gold Chain or .... ) 
Suck their brains like everyother company does ( but i wont ever , maybe i dont like doing it ) 
Close more deals and move forward to an more bigger space with min 30 more people as my projection goes.

Lets make it success stories from now...

S discussion is bet me and admin only but i don't know y this karthik came unwantedly n putting irrelavent reply.

Yeah Jagathesh, this fellow must be the Ex-employee of ITAcumens and now feeling jealous that he had left the better company. Some Ppl (NOT ALL) who left this company actually dnt deserve to work in ITAcumens, Some Dumbos got salary for sitting idle for months, This Fellow must be one of those Dumbos and true fact is this fellow wont even accept it and would continue bluffing here Poor Guys !! and How dare and dash he could say our Admin's facts were not true.

He couldn't fulfill ur requirements means he is unfit for the job know.

Then y u worry Mr.Admin, its the good thing only know that he left ur office.

If u still think that u r missing that employee means tell me his name, I will ask him to join ur office again.

Its your basic responsibility man, u have to pay it on the right time.

Its unethical to delay salaries for months to ur employees, without any valid reasons.

I think they teaches u a good lesson. Good!!!
