Hey GinGly Users,

     We were really exited about this new update. :yes

From today all GinGly user could enjoy Online Live Technical Support on

Thanks for everyone, who updates the Forum Topics / Regularly send queries and future request to our email.   :educated

To make more user friendly and convenient. We have integrated a Live Support on GinGly.

At anytime / From Any page on you could raise your question, and we were very much exited to answer all your Queries.  8)

Currently Two - Three Operators / Agents will be supporting you online. Have planned to increase 5 - 7 Operators Soon.

Your Feedback / Comments & Suggestion always improves a step higher.  :educated


Thats really nice to hear.. Many of us are not aware abt the new features available in Gingly.

This Online Support wud definitly help us to get Gingly benefits more.

Time being, we have suspended it. Since we do not enough support agents for live support.

But still all your queries will be answered on Discussion Forum.


We have not received any good support queries since it was not been understood by any correctly.  :(

For time being we have disabled the Live Support Request. In the meantime we were currently involved in producing Knowledgebase, faq and tour videos.  :educated

Once these process were over,we will reopen the live support request on demand or when pro version is up.

Current Status : Now Live Support is up and running from last month.  :yes

Where you could see it : On bottom left side of all the screens on you could see a bar for live help.

Do users ask for support : Now we were actually spending good time everyday in supporting our GinGly Users.

Just comedown to the live help bar, if you need support on GinGly anytime. We work 24 hours a day for technical support.  8)


As you all know. Everyone needs support to understand a new concept.

We have been supporting everyone with discussion forum, and even a live online support.  8)

We try to support till an extent. From today we could assure a 24 hour support.

Once this support will be used properly,we will increasing more chat agents to support you.  :yes
