Impressed with Live Online Support for Open Source Project

Yesterday at 1.15 am midnight  i was trying to install some modification (mod) for ITAcumens Discussion Forum and ended up with some failure attempts.

Just rolled over mod authors website for an techinical support.

Instantly he called me at skype. Was shocked. 

No headsets with me. Informed him, he wanted me to install team viewer.

Accessed my pc and was cracking is head to recode and made it work on our forum at 3.15 am in the morning. 

Was impressed and admired by his support for Open Source Programs like simple machines forum ( SMF )...
