Exact time to take water

   Correct time to take water, which will maximize its effectiveness in the  Human body

Two (02) glasses of water - After waking up -  Helps activate internal organs

One (01) glass of water  - 30 to 45 minutes before meal - Helps digestion

One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower high blood pressure, improves circulation. Never have a bath after meals. This wrong practice seriously affects digestion and is counter - productive.

One ( 01) glass of water - One hour after meals - improves digestion and circulation

One (01) glass of water - Before sleep  - To avoid stroke or heart attack
