Job Description :

We are looking for strong IT professionals (JAVA & .Net developers) who will be responsible for designing, developing and unit testing web & mobile based applications from the given functional specifications. Strong analytical skills and technical skills are required. Should be solution finder (NOT a seeker).

Desired Profile :

Profile Description:
* BE, B.Tech, M.Tech, M.C.A. Degree from reputed university
* A certification on their respective field is preferred
* 0-1 years of relevant development experience
* Should be solution finder ( NOT a seeker)
* Research and recommend solutions to existing business challenges
* Provide timely and accurate information to external and internal customers
* Ensure adherence to standards
* Willing to work in Agile/Scrum based development methodologies
* Excellent Interpersonal, Leadership & Communication skills (verbal & written)

Common Technical Skills for all consultants :
* Very strong object oriented fundamentals.
* Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts
* Knowledge of C, C++

Additional Requirement :
* Knowledge of XML Web Services will be a plus
* Knowledge of UML and OOAD will be a plus
* Knowledge of XML/XSLT, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX will be plus
* Knowledge of Ruby On Rails will be a plus

Technical Skills for Java consultants :
* Knowledge of J2SE, J2EE
* Knowledge of framework like Struts and Spring will be a plus
* Knowledge of OR- Mapping persistence framework like Hibernate will be a plus
* Knowledge of J2ME is a plus
* Knowledge of other open source tools is a plus

Technical Skills for .Net consultants :
* Dot Net Framework 2.0 must, 3 / 3.5 is a plus
* Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET
* Knowledge of ADO.NET 3.5
