Acquisition of the Business Process Outsourcing Division from KPMG Uruguay (June 2007)

In June 2007, TMF acquired the business outsourcing division of KPMG in Uruguay. The team (30) operates from Montevideo. KPMG BPO's client base largely comprises of multi-national corporations. With this acquisition, TMF Uruguay has expanded its bookkeeping & reporting, management, payroll and corporate secretarial services. Furthermore, TMF Uruguay can provide for nominee directors and administrative support.

This acquisition forms part of the strategy to develop TMF's BPO business throughout Latin America and provides TMF a strong base for future growth in this region.
