PROCESS EXECUTIVES (VOICE):
Education: BA/BSC/BBA/BBM/BCOM/BCA/BIT/BHM/Diploma (after 10+2) graduates with less than 2 yrs of exp.
Requisite Skills:
- Excellent Communication
- Computer literacy
- Analytical and problem solving capabilities

PROCESS EXECUTIVES (NON-VOICE):
Education: Graduates, preferably BA/MA English Literature/Journalism/Mass Communication with less than 2 yrs of exp.
Requisite Skills:
- Excellent written communication
- Flair for creative writing


TEAM LEADS
Education: Graduates with 1-2 yrs of exp in handling BPO operations as Team Lead.
Requisite Skills:
- Sound command over MS Office especially MS Excel and powerpoint
- A high level understanding of American culture
- Excellent command over written English
- Good people management and communication skills
