Applications for Convocation Open in Annamalai University

Issue of Application for convocation commenced in Annamalai Univesity.
The Last Date of submission of Application is 30th september 2009.
The fees for convocation is Rs.400.
It can be paid either in ICICI bank/university cash counter in Annamalai Nagar or by Demand Draft towards the following address:

The Registrar,
Annamalai University,
Annamalai Nagar,
Chidambaram-608002.


Requirements:
1) Photocopy of Provisional Certificate
2) Stamp size photo to be pasted in the application form
3) Stamp for Rs.6 (To be pasted in the acknowledgement card)


Procedure:

Pay the fees
Take the receipt to K section
Get Application form along with (acknowledgement card,address slip) from K section
Fill the application and other sheets.
attach the photocopy of Provisional Certificate with it.
drop them in the box present in near shastri hall in admini.

[in 2009 i mite have been applied for convocation but still today i didn't receive any certificate so i would like know the reason what may for delay in delivering  convocation
