1.What is the duration of the course/programme?
It is a two year (24 month) part time programme.

2.When are classes held?
Classes are held on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) between 10 AM and 5 PM.

3.Where are the classes held?
The classes will be held at our facilities in Gigaspace, Viman Nagar, Pune.

4.When does the course commence?
The course starts on October 31, 2009.

5.What is the last date for application?
The last date for submitting your application is September 30, 2009. Application forms can be downloaded from our website or procured at the academic office in Viman Nagar on payment of Rs. 1100.

6.Who can apply?
Candidates with a bachelor's degree (50% overall marks) and a minimum of 2 years full time work experience can apply.

7.Why is work experience essential?
This programme has been designed for working professionals and a key part of the programme is the learning from a diverse set of peers.

8.What is the selection process? Do we have to prepare for it?
The initial shortlisting for interview is based on the academic qualifications, extra curricular exposure, and evidence of leadership and teamwork. After that it is the performance at the personal interview that decides your selection into the programme. No specific preparation is required.

9.When will the results of the selection be announced?
The list of selected candidates will be announced on October 14, 2009.

10.What is the batch size?
The 2009-11 batch will be a maximum of 60 students.

11.What is the course fee? Can it be paid in installments?
The fee for the course is Rs. 2,80,000. It can be paid in two equal installments with the first instalment due before October 23rd.

12.What kind of faculty can we expect?
The programme is delivered by top-grade faculty from leading Indian institutions such as the IIMs and from universities abroad in US, UK and Europe.

13.What degree/diploma is awarded at the end of the programme?
A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree is awarded by our partner European University, Educatis Graduate School of Management.

14.Is the MBA degree recognized globally?
The credits earned under the MBA degree are recognized under the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) and are valid in the US, Europe and Australia. The degree will have similar status as any other foreign qualification in India.

15.What specialization tracks are available?
Students can specialize in Marketing, Finance or IT/Operations.

16.Which universities can the students choose for their optional international module?
The optional two week study tour can be undertaken at any of our partner institutions – Boston University, USA, Middlesex University (Dubai campus), Educatis University, Switzerland. A minimum of 20 students should opt for a particular university for that option to be made available.

17.What is the cost of the international study tour?
The tuition fee will be dependent on the university chosen. Travel, living and visa costs are charged at actuals.

18.For the optional international study tour, will travel and visa arrangements be made by EABS?
EABS will assist in making travel, living and visa arrangements for those students who opt for the study tour.

19.What is Advantage Pune?

20.How does it affect my chances of getting a better job & switching to a different domain/ industry?
