The world of business today is a demanding one calling upon organizations and their employees to nimbly respond to rapid changes in the marketplace emanating from increasing competition and globalization with innovative actions and sustained leadership. This demands that today's professionals be equipped with the latest in management science and thinking, leadership strategies and interpersonal skills. While a professional MBA degree can address this learning demand, not all can take time off from their working lives to pursue a full time program. The EABS part-time, weekend Executive MBA (EMBA) has been designed for such working professionals who want to continue in their jobs while pursuing a degree.

The EMBA has been conceptualized with the help of leading industry executives and academicians to help working executives garner cutting edge knowledge that they can apply in their professional lives to be more productive, understand cross-functional connects and enhance their career prospects. The program focuses on imparting both fundamental and advanced management concepts with a stress on integration and applying them to impact individual and company performance. It is offered in academic collaboration with Boston University, USA, Middlesex University, UK (Dubai Campus) and Educatis Graduate School of Management (EGSM), Switzerland.

Introduction to management and business theory
Fundamentals of various functions – Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations Management, Human Resources and Organizational Behavior
Specialization in Marketing, Finance and Operations

Who should attend?
Working professionals with a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years work experience looking to add to their body of knowledge, apply it in their work, and accelerate their career progression. Those currently working in sales, marketing, finance and operations or looking to change to these fields are ideally suited to be part of this program.

Program dates and Class Timings
The program runs for 24 months on weekends and starts on 10th of october 2009. Classes are typically held between 10 AM and 5 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. On rare occasions some classes may be held on weekday evenings.
