Wear Helmet for good health

Day before yesterday i went for a long drive to my new customer place.

That day my buddy were riding the bike and he his wearing the helmet.

My head was transparently to sun light.

When we returned back, i have a heavy head ace till now.

For the last days, i was simply sleeping. 

So i understand, the pain behind not wearing helmet during sunny days.

Not sure whether i will be ok tomorrow.

Hope, you will be back soon..

And helmet is not only the reason for your head pain or fever. you should have food on time, need proper sleep, and make yourself

as proper on someway.

if next time, if  some1 riding the bike at least you cover your head with kerchief or wear one more helmet. thats safety too.

Yeah sure for long drive u need Helmet ,especially in this hot climate , else wear Sun Glasses or Hand Kerchief to avoid dust in eyes,
But Helmet is safer side
