VIJAYAWADA: The Mission for Elimination of Poverty in Municipal Areas (MEPMA) in the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC) is offering a three-month-long free training to the poor and unemployed youth of the city to enable them to get jobs. The training is being offered in association with Dr. Reddy's Foundation (DRF) in automobile, hotel management, computers, marketing and call centre trades. The candidates will also be trained in spoken English. The last date for registering names is August 25 in the office of IKP-Urban Upadhi – Labs, located in the third floor of Arundel Municipal Complex, opp. Jai Hind theatre in Rajagopalachari street.
