1. Why do you wish for this job?
You need to reflect upon this question. You should stress the positive aspects of the job but you should not express your dissatisfactions with it or with your former workplace.

2. What do you think are the main attributes needed for this job?
In the first phase you should remember the ad given by the company for the in-question job. If those are not sufficient, think about it and give others answers such as: communication abilities, leadership and management skills, team spirit etc.

3. What would be your contribution to this job?
Considering that this is your chance to be noticed, tell your interviewer about the past achievements that you succeeded in on a similar position with the one for which you are applying.

4. What are your reasons for wanting to work for this company?
You should most definitely avoid answers related to more money or shorter work program. The emphasis should be on the positive aspects of your decision.

5. What do you know about this company?
You should offer an image as complete as possible of the company, of its products and services, its clients. This is a good chance to impress your interviewer.

6. Why should we hire you?
Your answer should be based on your past experiences and on the feedback that you obtained in the domain of the job. The answer is relevant by connecting it to the respective company. It is also advisable to mention that you consider the job to be fitted for you.

7. Why have you chosen a career in ...?
If you have changed your career, it means that you must have had solid arguments to do it, so it won't be hard to mention a few reasons. Anyway, honesty is very important in stating your motifs.

8. What is your opinion about the last company you have worked for?
You should mention only the positive sides of working there, emphasizing the experience that you gained and which will bring a lot of help in this new job.

9. Are you willing to travel?
If you want to say 'yes' say it from the beginning. If you incline to say 'no' it is best to ask what does travel exactly mean before giving a firm negative answer.

10. "Fantasy questions"
These usually can be hard and tricky questions. For example the interviewer might ask you: "If you could invent something, what would it be?". In this situation the best piece of advice is to give the answer that you think will get you hired.
