PROCESS - GHR LMSLOCATION - GURGAONIn GHR process, associate would be responsible for catalog administration for learning management Systems. This will include support and administration for functions such as course instance creation, setting up web based trainings, opening/closing rosters, reserving instruction rooms, creating course attributes including audience restrictions, enrollments including batch enrollment, wait list management, and add/drop management

Manage the use of the Associate learning portal (ALP).
Set up new courses and associated information in the ALP.
Provide associate support on ALP related issues.
Manage the upcoming implementation of a new Learning Management System.
Provide feedback to the Enterprise Learning team about issues, improvements and future vision for the ALP.
Manage the enrollment processes for Risk and Compliance courses.
Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per procedures.
Ensure that the targets are assigned in accordance with the SLA's are met.
Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules.
Provide process training to new team members to improve their performance levels
