The candidates shall be trained on Intram and shall be expected to provide Training to customers on
using Intram.

Job Content :

To extend support to customers assisting them in understanding the software processes .

Enabling the customers to derive benefits from software usage by assisting them in doing their day
to day work on Intram .

To address all concerns / doubts about the application with utmost efficiency and shortest time
duration.

Key Skills

Problem solving attitude and preliminary understanding of any financial accounting software and
basic knowledge of technical aspects of automation .

Additional Info

Candidates should have strong understanding of accounting / finance coupled with good knowledge of
technical aspects of automation processes. Should be self starter & go getter attitude , Should have
excellent communication skills , patience and should be customer focussed and passionate about
customer satisfaction.
