Schools told to devise academic schedule

TIRUPATI: Chittoor Collector V. Seshadri has asked education officials and headmasters of government schools to devise an effective academic schedule to improve the pass percentage in their respective domains.

At a review meeting on Tuesday, he asked them to pick up ten poor students per school and take personal care to improve their scores. He assured to provide necessary study material for special classes. The teachers were cautioned against sending wrong signals to students that supplementary exams were for poor performers.

District Education Officer (in-charge) Manmadha Reddy was also present.
