ELURU: A certificate course in Food Technology was launched in St. Theresa's College for Women here on Monday. College Principal Theresa Cherian said the course intended to give the students insights regarding quality analysis of raw materials, packaging standards and methodologies, process techniques, health and hygiene parameters, storage and food value.
