In the report, NetForecast President Peter Sevcik and Associate Rebecca Wetzel address how poor Internet performance threatens SAP user productivity and how Akamai's globally-distributed computing platform and technology solutions overcome the Internet latency and availability problems associated with the delivery of dynamic SAP applications. The report also details the results of a real-world use case applying a methodology called Apdex, short for Application Performance Index. Apdex is an industry standard for measuring and assessing user satisfaction with application performance.
