Vocational lecturers' services regularised

HYDERABAD: The State government issued orders on Friday regularising the services of 1,030 part-time vocational lecturers who have been working for the last 23 years on consolidated salaries. It has relaxed the norms listed in GO 31 issued on February 13 last providing relief to the lecturers. The Andhra Pradesh State Teachers' Union welcomed the government's decision.
