MADURAI: Nehru Yuva Kendra invites applications for district- level awards from eligible youth and voluntary youth organisations who render social service .

The voluntary youth organisations should have registered themselves with the District Registrar and rendered service between April 1, 2008 and March 31, 2009 and should be able to prove the same. The award carries a citation and Rs. 10,000.

Individuals submitting their applications should be between 13 to 35 years of age and have rendered service in their relevant fields. Interested individuals and voluntary youth organisations can obtain applications from the office of Nehru Yuva Kendra. The last date for applying is July 31.
