Softtek Awarded SAP PartnerEdge Quarterly Performance Award

A global provider of IT and business process solutions and the largest private IT service provider in Latin America, announced today that its SAP Practice in Latin America received an SAP PartnerEdge Quarterly Performance Award. The SAP's new quarterly award program recognizes two channel partners in each geographic sales region for outstanding achievements in terms of the highest revenue, largest number of deals, and fastest growth in revenue.       

"Softtek had an outstanding Q1 in 2008 – closing three important deals and achieving 235 percent of their quota for the quarter. That represents 52 percent growth over the entire 2007 result," said Eurico Spinola, channel manager at SAP. "All the deals were very well qualified. Softtek won with right communications and good relationships."

In addition to the new recognition, Softtek's SAP Practice, including consulting services and product distribution, recently received the SAP Award of Excellence for the 10th time in 11 years. The SAP Award of Excellence is offered annually by SAP to one outstanding partner in each geographic (global, regional and local) category for its quality in service solutions. The award is given to the company that scored the highest in a satisfaction survey conducted among SAP clients.

A December 2007 report from Forrester Research, Inc., titled "Forrester Wave™: SAP Implementation Providers, Q4 2007," recognized Softtek as a "strong performer" based on 108 criteria including its current product offering, strategy, and overall market presence. The report highlighted Softtek's 13-year experience in the SAP practice, the largest in Latin America.
